PGC 56057 (with
PGC 56063 = Arp 109)
A 15th-magnitude spiral galaxy (type Sab? pec) in Draco (RA 15 47 51.0, Dec +69 28 11)
Apparent size about 1.0 by 0.5 arcmin. Used in the Arp Atlas as an example of an elliptical galaxy (PGC 56063, which see for images) repelling a spiral galaxy's arms. Perhaps a starburst galaxy?

PGC 56063 (with
PGC 56057 = Arp 109)
A 15th-magnitude elliptical galaxy (type E3?) in Draco (RA 15 48 07.9, Dec +69 27 34)
Apparent size about 0.8 by 0.55 arcmin. Used in the Arp Atlas as an example of an elliptical galaxy repelling a spiral galaxy's (PGC 56057) arms.
